THE "NAKED" PROTEST

One of the more amusing results of the Leftist hunger for attention is the "naked" demonstration. Leftist wonen, in particular, often take their clothes off en masse to get attention. ANYTHING to get attention! Just a few examples below:



January 12, 2003 "Even as U.S. troops inch toward the Persian Gulf for a possible war with Iraq, anti-war activists say it can be difficult to rally outrage or media interest back home. So a group of Marin County women has resorted to the ultimate attention grabber: getting nude."





May 31, 2003 "The demonstrators took part in protest march ahead of the summit of the Group of Eight leading industrialized countries that will be held June 1-3 in the French spa town of Evian on the shores of Lake Geneva."





29th June 2003 "Around 30 people have staged a naked protest against GM food. The protesters spelled out "no GM" with their bodies in a meadow at Forest Row, East Sussex."



July 7, 2003 "Animal rights activists stripped naked to protest against the running of bulls through the streets of Pamplona, condemning one of Spain's most famous traditions as cruel to animals. Activists from all over Western Europe had planned to run nude along the route for this week's annual bull runs, but police in the northern Spanish city said the protest was unauthorised and blocked their way. About 20 men and women went ahead with the protest near the city centre on Saturday, however, stripping completely".





July 5 2004 "Topless women, some wearing just a G-string, and men in their underpants marched through Pamplona on Monday demanding an end to Spain's renowned fiesta - the running of the bulls. After police stopped animal rights activists from staging a nude protest last year, the 200 demonstrators cut a deal with the authorities that they could make their case as long as they did not bare all."
